Environmental Assessment Process
This Project will follow the approved environmental planning process for Group ‘B’ projects under the MTO Class Environmental Assessment for Provincial Transportation Facilities (amended 2000). This Project will be delivered through a series of construction contracts in the coming years.
Design and Construction Reports (DCRs) will be prepared for contracts to summarize the results of the detailed environmental investigations and mitigation measures as related to the Detail Design plans. The DCRs will be made available for a 30-day comment period at the conclusion of the Detail Design phase. The DCRs will be posted on this website.
