The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has retained WSP Canada Inc. (WSP) to undertake the Detail Design and Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Study for various improvements to the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) and Highway 403 in the City of Burlington, within the Regional Municipality of Halton (“the Project”).
