Consultation
Consultation is an important part of the Class EA process, providing an opportunity for communication between the Project Team and members of the public, stakeholders and Indigenous Communities throughout the Project. The Project Team has developed a consultation program that will include the following:
- Publication of notifications at key milestones in the local newspaper, i.e., Burlington Post (no longer in print), Inside Halton online and on the Project website.
- Engaging the community to identify challenges and address concerns.
- An accessible website to promote meaningful input throughout the project.

Design and Construction Reports
A Design and Construction Report (DCR) has been prepared to outline the environmental impacts and mitigation measures for the Detail Design plan. The DCR is available for a 30-day comment period from November 7 to December 7, 2025 below and at the review location below.
